Learn how to prepare authentic French recipes in this cooking class. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll master the art of cooking the perfect steak and whipping up a truffle aioli for steak frites. Practice poaching eggs and tossing a frisée salad with crispy bacon lardons. For dessert, use a culinary torch to flambé classic crêpes Suzette.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
