Indulge in the flavors of Italy with an in-depth cooking class led by Chef Damon, who will guide you through the preparation of authentic regional dishes that celebrate the essence of Italian cuisine. With step-by-step guidance, you will craft pizza from scratch with ease.

Get ready for a truly Italian pizza-making experience as you begin by making delicious peppers stuffed with pesto sea scallops. Then, make fresh pizza dough from scratch for two homemade pizzas: one Sicilian pizza and an earthy ricotta and Fontina pizza with wild mushrooms. Finish with a delightful tiramisù for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
