This intermediate in-person cooking class from Chef Daniel explores next-level Italian cuisine. If you've learned the fundamentals and you're ready for something more advanced, this course will get you thinking outside the pasta box!
You'll create a selection of novel pastas, beginning with a winter squash agnolotti filled with a blend of cheese and tomatoes. Then, prepare a lemon ricotta tortellini robed in a maple-chili beurre blanc and triangoli with cheese and pepper. End your lesson with dessert: a classic Italian tiramisu.
