In this immersive cooking class, Chef Landi invites you to explore the rich flavors of traditional Italian cuisine. With his guidance, you'll enjoy hands-on experience preparing a four-course meal that captures Italy’s culinary essence.
Start by crafting a delicious mushroom and onion bruschetta, followed by mastering the classic pasta e fagioli soup with beans. The main course features a creamy risotto Milanese - a staple of Northern Italy, that gets its rich color from saffron. For dessert, a Southern Italian charm of creating a lemon-flavored Sicilian cannoli. Along the way, you'll gain valuable skills and techniques to recreate these dishes at home and surprised your loved ones with memorable dishes crafted by you.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
