Discover what sets Rome apart from the rest of Italian cuisine in this immersive cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Luca, you'll explore delicious Rome through delicious dishes.

Begin with making the perfect poached egg on top of sautéed spinach topped with pecorino romano cheese. Then, learn how to make homemade pasta with semolina flour paired with a spicy tomato sauce. Make a handcrafted spaghetti carbonara and a fried lamb chop salad. Finish with a decadent mini apple cake for a sweet end to the meal.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
