Begin with making the perfect poached egg on top of sautéed spinach topped with pecorino romano cheese. Then, learn how to make homemade pasta with semolina flour paired with a spicy tomato sauce. Make a handcrafted spaghetti carbonara and a fried lamb chop salad. Finish with a decadent mini apple cake for a sweet end to the meal.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
